Having been in the commercial and residential mortgage business for 30+ years, and with a vast knowledge of the many different financial products that are available, I am able to form and nurture partnerships and business relationships that can last a lifetime. I work with all customers, ranging from those that have excellent credit to those that have been turned down by other lenders, who may have CREDIT CHALLENGES. I offer my customers hope and advise them on what they need to do in order to obtain the American dream of home ownership. I am very proud to say that we have our own staff of underwriters, processors and closers so that means that all of the decisions and the handling of your loan are made right here and not by someone outside of the bank. I have lived in Southeast Missouri since 1970 and presently reside in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with my wife.
