Gage is a friendly and experienced mortgage lender who has worked in the industry for over five years. He wants to help grow his community by offering reliable and affordable home loans. He works with many first-time homebuyers to ensure that they are educated about the home buying process.

Gage understands the important role that credit plays in the lending process. He finds it especially gratifying to help people repair their credit so that they can more easily qualify for a home loan. It is rewarding for him to see someone fix their credit and purchase their first home!

When asked to provide some insight and advice about the homebuying process, Gage said:

“Budget! Keep track of all your monthly expenses and plan how much money you’d like to have left over at the end of the month for emergencies and to invest in your future. Figure out how much you can afford on a house payment after that is covered. Also, don’t buy a car you can’t afford. Too often, I see people whose car payments are more expensive than their mortgage will be, or they can’t get a house because their cars are too much! You can sleep in a car but sleeping in a house is a little nicer!”.

Gage lives in Kansas City with his wife, Melissa. He volunteers his free time at the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
