Shannon is an experienced mortgage lender who has helped people find loans for their dream homes since 2005. A resident of Green River for most of her life, Shannon loves to be a part of helping her community grow and thrive. She has a wealth of knowledge about the lending process; when asked to provide some professional insight, Shannon said:

“Be honest and truthful. Try to get your lender required documentation needed in a timely matter, as it will help you get to your closing date easier. Please do not add anything additional to your credit, during your loan process; doing this may hinder your loan. Ask questions if you have them, no matter how silly you may think they are.”

For Shannon, it is gratifying to help families get into a new home, their first home, their forever home, or even the home of their dreams. When she’s not working as a mortgage loan officer, Shannon spends time with her husband, David, and their three children. Shannon is an extremely dedicated mother who spends her free time doing activities with her kids!
