Teresa joined Flanagan State Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2019. She specializes in FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA home loans. Teresa’s favorite part of the job is helping first-time buyers achieve their dreams of becoming homeowners. Her advice for prospective borrowers is to become knowledgeable about all the loan programs you may be eligible for by working with a lender that takes the time to explain the loan process.

Teresa lives in Cedar Falls with her family and enjoys reading, spending time with family, and antiquing in her spare time. She also volunteers with her church and belongs to Grow Cedar Valley and Northeast Iowa Regional Board of Realtors.
